Hi, I need a small PCB designed that can be used with a Raspberry Pi.
It is designed to sit between a Raspberry Pi and a DSLR camera and trigger the camera's shutter. It would have the following components on it:
\- Three female headers so it can sit directly on top of the Pi
\- Two octocouplers
\- Two resistors
\- One single 2.5 mm TRS jack
If you google "Corona designs Raspberry Pi DSLR camera trigger", that is basically the same thing as what I am trying to create.
However their board only has one octocoupler on it and two pins from the Pi so it can only trigger the camera shutter. I want to include the two octocouplers so that the design can trigger the focus and the shutter separately for the camera.
I want the circuit board to be relatively compact but designed so that it can be soldered at home with off-the-shelf components, so no surface-mount components or anything like that.
I can give you the pin layout for the Raspberry Pi so you know which pins I need to connect to every part. Every part should be sourceable from a UK distributor such as RS, Farnell, etc.
The deliverables would be a schematic along with whatever files I need to send the PCB off to get manufactured. I only need the design work. I don't need any fabrication or any coding or anything like that, just need the PCB to be designed.
