Simple Hotel Service Chatbot Integration

My hotel website is already live with all core functions in place; the last piece I need is a lightweight chatbot that sits neatly on every page and answers guest questions about our services and facilities—spa hours, restaurant menus, shuttle times, gym access, you name it.

You won’t be starting from scratch on the knowledge base: I’ll supply a concise list of question-and-answer pairs that cover everything we want the bot to say. Your task is to wire that list into a chatbot solution, embed it on the existing site, and make sure it responds instantly and accurately on desktop and mobile. Basic styling must match the site’s current look and feel.

I’m open to the platform you prefer (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, custom JavaScript, or another lightweight alternative) as long as it is easy for me to update the Q&A list later without touching code.
