Simple Excel Billing Sheet -- 2

I need an Excel template that lets me type in Shop Name, Date, Item Name, Qty and Price, then automatically calculates subtotals and a grand total. The layout should already be sized and styled so I can hit print and hand the bill to a customer immediately, without any extra tweaks.
