Simple and responsive website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

I’m launching a small-business website and need a developer who can put together a clean, modern, and fully responsive one-pager using only HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. The layout will be simple—hero section, service overview, about/values, and a contact area—but it must look polished on mobile, tablet, and desktop. A lightweight navigation menu, a few interactive buttons, and concise animations will be enough to keep things engaging without loading the page with heavy frameworks.
