Simple 3D Traffic Simulation

I need a 3D traffic flow animation that shows a basic traffic-flow scenario, vehicles moving along roads, on a plant layout already designed with pedestrians flow and weather effects. T

What I’m looking for is roughly 30–60 seconds of continuous traffic on a road network for factory under construction . Feel free to choose whichever tool you prefer (Blender, Maya, Unity, Unreal, AnyLogic, etc.) as long as you can provide:

• An HD (1080p, 25–30 fps) MP4 render free of stutter
• The editable project or scene file so I can tweak camera angles later
