Simple 2D Cartoon Animation

I’m putting together a light-hearted 2D character animation and need someone who can handle the whole pipeline—from rough storyboard and character design through to clean, lively motion and final render. The look I’m after is deliberately simple and cartoony rather than highly detailed or realistic; think bold shapes, expressive poses, and playful timing.

While my immediate requirement is firmly in 2D, I did flag “character animation” in the 3D category during the brief because down the line I may spin this concept into a short 3D piece. For now, however, everything you deliver will be 2D.

Please supply:
• A rough animatic for approval before you move to clean-up
• The finished animation in HD (MP4)
• The project source files (Animate, Toon Boom, After Effects, or your preferred 2D package)
