Silent Android Screenshot Service

I need a native-code Android app whose only job is to capture a screenshot every 30 seconds, totally in the background, then drop the resulting JPEG into a folder I will specify. The capture loop must be driven by a background service so that once I enable it the process continues on its own; I should not have to press anything or relaunch the app.

Screens must be stored inside date-based sub-folders (e.g., …/sss/2024-05-22/), and the file names themselves can follow any simple timestamp pattern. No toast messages, no preview overlays, and absolutely no permission pop-ups after initial setup—using the Accessibility API to gain capture rights is fine as long as the experience stays silent.

The folder path and the 30-second interval should be easy to adjust in code (or via a minimal settings screen, if you prefer), but the default behavior must match the spec above. The finished package has to work reliably on current Android releases without requiring root.
