Signup QA Test

For this task, you will walk through the full account-creation flow on https://experts.afterquery.com using the test email address I’ll share with you. No payment details are ever required; simply proceed through every screen, including phone verification and ID verification step.

While you move through the flow, keep an eye on overall ease of use and how quickly each page loads. During the ID check, pay close attention to any instance where the system approves or rejects documents incorrectly—that’s the core risk we want to uncover.

Deliverables
• A concise report (text or PDF) that covers:
– General user experience observations
– Any inaccurate ID verification outcomes.

Once your notes are in, our internal QA team will review them over the next week, then the test account will be permanently deleted.
