Complete the software implementation, integration, testing, commissioning support and documentation for a pilot project. This is a deliverables-and-acceptance based scope rather than a request for isolated code snippets.
The source design identifies a three-tier architecture: Tier 1 deterministic PLC control and safety permissives; Tier 2 Python edge intelligence, communications watchdog and audit pipeline; and Tier 3 Streamlit HMI, protocol configuration and PLC simulation / commissioning functions. The source also identifies TIA Portal hardware configuration, watch/force tables, diagnostic organisation blocks and gateway configuration as deployment requirements.
The supplied pilot document should be treated as the current functional design basis, not as evidence that every numerical limit, control tuning, safety function or cybersecurity measure has been independently validated. The successful consultant shall review the supplied logic and identify, document and resolve or escalate discrepancies in support of final commissioning with minimal changes.
The outcome requires a requirements traceability matrix, formal verification and validation evidence, controlled change management, and ongoing future support of a documented FAT/SAT acceptance programme. Functional-safety-related software shall be developed within the applicable Siemens Safety/TIA Portal engineering framework. Other PLC brands might also come into play.
