Siemens S7-1200 Automation Project

I need a skilled industrial-automation professional to take charge of the PLC programming for a new robot-integrated production cell. We are standardising on Siemens hardware and the first task is to build, test, and document the control logic for an S7-1200 processor in TIA Portal.

Once the core program is stable, the scope expands to include:
• Hand-written logic verification—line-by-line cross-checking of rung comments and safety sequences.
• BOM material management—maintaining an accurate, revision-tracked list of all control-panel and field components.
• Project schedule planning to keep mechanical, electrical, and software milestones in sync.
• A Visio primary-power circuit diagram showing breaker, disconnect, and transformer layouts.
• An EPLAN secondary control diagram covering I/O allocation, terminal assignments, and wiring colours for the robot interface.

Deliverables must be clearly commented, version-controlled, and compiled error-free in the latest TIA Portal release. I will provide the I/O list, functional specification, and robot handshake requirements on acceptance. Regular progress snapshots and a brief weekly status report will help us stay aligned.
