I need a Siemens-based control program that will run fully automatic temperature-and-humidity test cycles in a cascade chamber. The core logic must handle ramp, soak, and dwell sequences accurately, driving the chamber’s cooling, heating, humidification, and de-humidification elements while maintaining tight tolerances.
The HMI (WinCC Comfort or Advanced) has to let an operator:
• start or stop the current cycle and follow real-time values;
• create, edit, and save custom temperature-humidity “recipes”;
• see active alarms and download historical data or PDF/CSV reports directly to USB or the plant network.
I will provide the P & ID, I/O list, and existing electrical drawings. You will deliver the TIA Portal project file, HMI runtime files, and a brief commissioning checklist so I can load, test, and sign off on site. Please code to Siemens best practices—structured blocks, named tags, and clear comments—so future maintenance is straightforward.
If you’ve commissioned environmental chambers before and can demonstrate solid experience with TIA Portal, Step 7, and WinCC, I’d like to hear how quickly you can turn the logic, screens, and documentation around.
