Siemens PLC based Wind and Solar Hybrid Project Assistance

I need expert assistance with wiring and ladder logic coding in EcoStruxure for my wind and solar hybrid project utilizing the following components:

- Siemens S7-1200 PLC (CPU 1212C DC/DC/DC – 6ES7212-1AE40-0XB0 or equivalent)
- 24 VDC DIN Rail Power Supply (2.5 A)
- 20 W, 12 V Monocrystalline Solar Panel
- 12 V, 30 W Permanent Magnet DC Wind Turbine Generator
- 12 V, 12 Ah SLA/AGM Battery
- 12 V, 10 A PWM Solar Charge Controller
- Schottky Blocking Diodes (10 A, 45 V)
- Inline Blade Fuses (15 A)
- 24 VDC Relay Modules
- 12 V, 10 W LED Load
- 5.6 Ω, 50 W Dump Load Resistor
- Voltage Divider Resistors for voltage sensing
- DIN Rail Terminal Blocks and Accessories
- DIN Rail, DC MCB (optional), and Emergency Stop Push Button
- Required wiring, connectors, ferrules, cable glands, and other accessories

The freelancer must assist with complete wiring of the project and develop ladder logic programming in EcoStruxure to ensure proper operation and control of the hybrid system. Please include previous experience with similar projects in your proposal.
