Scope:

Develop candidate sourcing lists
Search professional candidate databases and recruiting platforms
Review resumes and profiles
Conduct initial screening
Assess candidate fit against provided criteria
Organize candidate information
Submit qualified candidate recommendations

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sourcing
Strong research and screening abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Good written communication
Ability to manage candidate information carefully
Ability to complete work within agreed deadlines

This is a remote, short-term freelance engagement.
