Short-Term Rental Talent Sourcer

This project centres on filling a Co-Listing Agent role for our short-term rental business, so every sourcing action should spotlight professionals who already thrive on Airbnb.

What you’ll do
• Hunt for qualified profiles, prioritising clear Airbnb success stories.
• Check each prospect’s work experience, education and references before outreach.
• Open a friendly discovery call to confirm interest, dig into their host or co-host history and gauge fit against three must-have traits: strong communication, sound organisation and front-line customer-service savvy.
• Collect an up-to-date CV plus your conversation notes.
• Log everything in our tracker with tidy labels and next-step recommendations.

Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum of 10 vetted candidate files delivered weekly.
2. Every file includes CV, contact details, call summary and ratings for the three key skills.
3. Tracker remains consistently structured and easy to scan.

Use whatever online sourcing tools you prefer—LinkedIn Recruiter, niche host forums, Facebook groups, etc.—as long as the information arrives organised and accurate. Light recruitment experience is welcome but an upbeat tone, clear communication and willingness to learn will matter just as much.
