Short Reels Video Editor Needed

I regularly shoot short, vertical clips for Instagram Reels and similar social platforms and now need a dedicated editor to turn each batch of raw footage into scroll-stopping 15–60 second videos. A typical hand-off includes the original clips, a rough outline of the story beat, any preferred music tracks, and reference examples for pacing.
