I need a hands-on creative who can take my raw tutorial footage and turn it into punchy, short-form business videos that hold attention and drive action. Your core edit will involve trimming out every silent pause, layering in stylized animated captions, and weaving our own b-roll clips or stills together with simple educational graphics so each piece feels dynamic and on-brand.

Once a video is polished, you’ll log into our in-house scheduling platform, push it live across the usual suspects (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.), and set a keyword-triggered auto-reply so commenters who type the magic word instantly receive the lead magnet or link we specify. The tool is intuitive—I’ll show you the ropes on day one—so you can focus on creative output and performance, not tech headaches.

We publish to an audience of 100K+ and track conversions on every post. I’ll pay a flat rate for the weekly workload, then layer in performance bonuses tied directly to the sales and opt-ins your edits generate. The more you optimize hooks, pacing, and captions for retention, the higher your upside.

Ideal fit
• Proven track record editing short tutorial content for social media
• Comfortable creating animated text and simple graphic overlays (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Familiar with scheduling tools and basic community automation
• Hungry to experiment, study analytics, and own results from concept to conversion

Typical weekly deliverables
1. 3–5 fully edited, captioned videos (30–90 seconds each)
2. Posts scheduled to all platforms through our tool
3. Automation message configured for each video’s chosen keyword

If you thrive on full-cycle content creation and want your paycheck to grow with the results you produce, let’s talk.
