I’m building a small, high-energy editing team that can turn raw footage into attention-grabbing YouTube Shorts every single day. The target is six polished, vertical clips per day, each packed with dynamic captions, punchy SFX, royalty-free music, and eye-catching motion graphics that keep viewers glued.

Here’s the workflow you’ll step into:
• Receive raw assets and a brief each morning.
• Craft six retention-focused edits (≤60 s, 9:16).
• Add animated captions, sound design, trending effects, and quick motion graphics inside Premiere Pro and After Effects; touch-ups in Photoshop as needed.
• Deliver export-ready files before end-of-day.

What matters most to me is strong motion-graphics finesse—I want those kinetic text pops, animated stickers, and seamless transitions that feel native to Shorts culture. If you can spot trends early and adapt them, even better.

Tools & setup you’ll need:
• Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop (latest stable versions)
• A system powerful enough to render multiple short videos daily without lag
• A reliable internet connection for asset exchange and cloud reviews

Compensation & timeline:
I’m offering a monthly package of ₹20 k–₹25 k plus performance bonuses. The path is simple: share your past work, complete a short editing test, join me for a one-week paid trial, then lock in a long-term, fully remote contract serving global clients.

Ready? Drop links to your strongest short-form edits, especially those showcasing motion-graphic flair, and let’s see if we click.
