# Long-Term YouTube Shorts / Reels Video Editor Needed

We are looking for a **short-form video editor** who can edit **YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels** in a style similar to **Warikoo’s short-form content** — clean, fast-paced, retention-focused, and professional.

## What We Need Right Now

For the current month, we need **4–5 short videos** edited from footage that will be provided.

### Video Requirements

* **Vertical format (9:16)**
* **1080 × 1920 resolution**
* **Less than 60 seconds each**
* Optimized for **YouTube Shorts / Instagram Reels / Facebook Reels**

The editing style should include:

* Strong hook in the first few seconds
* Fast and engaging pacing
* Clean captions/subtitles
* Motion text and minimal graphics
* Professional business/documentary feel
* Smooth cuts and high retention editing

Please avoid excessive effects or flashy transitions.
