Looking for Short-Form Video Editors

We’re looking for several reliable video editors for ongoing SMM projects — Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

What we need:
• Videos up to 60 seconds
• Vertical format 9:16
• Dynamic, modern editing
• Captions / animated subtitles
• Smooth transitions and effects
• Basic motion graphics
• Sound design & music sync
• Good color correction / grading skills
• Experience working with 4K, 10-bit, S-Log3 footage

We provide the raw footage and references.

About us:
We’re a small and friendly team from Latvia, and we’re very easy to work with. We keep things simple — clear briefs, quick feedback, realistic deadlines and straightforward communication.
Communication is easy — we speak English, Latvian and Russian.

Starting budget: €100 per package of 10 videos.

The workload is not limited to 10 videos per month. Depending on current projects, there may be more videos and additional packages available.

We’re looking for people we can work with long term. Reliability is important to us — meeting deadlines, following the brief and delivering consistently good-quality work.
Normally, we can discuss a rate review after 3 months of successful collaboration. However, if already during the first month we see that the quality is good, deadlines are consistently met and there are no issues with communication or revisions, we’re open to discussing the rates earlier.
Editors who work well with us may also receive more projects and additional work, including longer and more complex videos.
