We’re a premium outdoor gear brand looking for an editor for a 14-Reel pilot, with the potential for ongoing batch work.
The footage is already shot. It shows our shovel breaking everyday objects, or a person testing the shovel’s strength. The Reels should have viral format with organic feel. Each finished vertical Reel should be about 30-40 seconds. Length can vary depending of the shots provided for specific Reel.
The 14 Reel pilot includes:
• 6 close-up, object-only destruction Reels
• 3 Reels with a person destroying an object
• 5 Reels with a person trying to destroy the shovel
You will choose and arrange the best shots, edit the Reels, and handle audio cleanup and sound design. We want to try different editing approaches in this first batch, so you are allowed to make multiple version of the same Reel.
This is a test 14-Reel pilot. After the test we want to identify one or two formats for future videos.
Pilot price: €10 per finished Reel, €140 for all 14-Reel pilot.

- Provide five published video examples that you personally edited, each for a different brand. Links to the live posts are a plus.
- Tell us your availability and your turnaround time for this 14-Reel pilot and future batches of 20–30 Reels. We need somebody who can process these quantities, so we can establish pipeline of shooting-editing-posting as an ongoing proces.
We will shortlist candidates based on their existing work. After an NDA, shortlisted candidates will receive the same footage for a three-Reel paid editing test €5. We will select one editor to finish the remaining 11 Reels. For the selected editor, the three test Reels count toward the 14-Reel pilot, and the test payment counts toward the €140 pilot total.
Future work: Once we settle on repeatable formats, our target is $5 per Reel for ongoing batches. AI-assisted tools are welcome if the finished videos meet the brief.
