Short Clip Tattoo Removal VFX

I have a single take that runs just 15 seconds, shot at medium quality (480-720 p). Throughout the clip the guy’s forearm tattoos and a small neck piece are clearly visible.

Your task is to erase those tattoos so the skin looks natural under normal playback—no smudging, warping, or sudden colour shifts, even when the arms move. A clean, frame-accurate result is essential because the shot will be inserted straight into an edit that is already locked.

Preferred tools are After Effects with Mocha tracking or an equivalent compositing workflow, but I’m open as long as the outcome is invisible to the audience.

Deliverables
• Final video with tattoos fully removed, same resolution, frame rate, and codec as the original
• Project file(s) or a high-quality matte/clean plate so I can make tweaks later if needed
