Shopify Virtual Assistant - Store Setup, Product Management & Order Handling

I need an experienced Shopify virtual assistant who can take a physical-goods store from zero to smoothly running without constant oversight from me. The role spans three clear areas:

• Store Setup – install and customise a clean, conversion-focused theme, configure menus, payment gateways, tax and shipping rules, connect domains and ensure the checkout is fully tested.
• Product Management – upload new SKUs in bulk or individually, write keyword-rich titles and descriptions, optimise images, set up variants, keep inventory counts accurate and update pricing or collections whenever promotions change.
• Order Handling – monitor incoming orders daily, trigger fulfilment with our suppliers, generate and upload tracking numbers, confirm delivery with customers and handle the occasional return or exchange.

Everything we sell is a physical product, so familiarity with shipping settings, package weights and real-time carrier rates in Shopify is essential. You will be working directly inside the Shopify Admin plus any supporting apps such as DSers/Oberlo for sourcing and Canva or similar for quick image touch-ups.

Once the store is live I expect proactive status updates, concise KPI snapshots and suggestions for improvement rather than just task completion.
