Shopify Store Management & Listings

I’m looking for a Shopify-savvy professional who can take day-to-day store management off my plate. My immediate priority is setting up new product listings—I already have all the product information neatly organized and ready to upload. Once the listings are live, I’d like you to keep an eye on inventory levels and handle order processing so every customer receives timely, accurate service.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Create and optimize new product listings, including images, variants, pricing, SEO-friendly titles, and tags.
• Monitor and update inventory counts to avoid stock-outs or overselling.
• Process incoming orders: verify payments, generate shipping labels, and mark orders fulfilled within Shopify.

Please be comfortable navigating the Shopify admin dashboard, using bulk upload tools or CSVs when helpful, and double-checking data accuracy before publishing. Familiarity with basic on-page SEO, collection organization, and order fulfillment workflows will make this partnership smooth and efficient.

If you have a track record of keeping Shopify stores organized and running smoothly, I’d love to hear how you can help streamline mine.
