Shopify–Salesforce Real-Time Sync

I want my Shopify store and Salesforce CRM to talk to each other seamlessly. Your task is to build a real-time two-way integration that keeps customer information, order details, and inventory levels perfectly in sync using only the standard objects and fields on both platforms.

The flow should be fully automated: the moment something changes in Shopify—new customer, updated order status, stock adjustment—it should appear in Salesforce without any noticeable delay, and key updates from Salesforce must reflect back in Shopify the same way. Webhooks, REST APIs, or a proven middleware connector are all fine with me as long as the solution is reliable, secure, and easy to maintain.

Acceptance criteria
• Real-time syncing verified for customers, orders, and inventory on a sandbox and then in production
• Error-handling and retry logic logged clearly for future troubleshooting
• Brief hand-off documentation covering setup steps, field mappings, and how to adjust sync rules if business needs evolve
