Shopify Quote-to-Order Functionality

My Shopify store is almost ready, but I still need a streamlined quotation workflow so customers can move smoothly from quote to paid order.

Here’s the flow I want built:

• After I approve a quote in the admin, the platform sends the customer a unique, secure link by email.
• When the customer opens that link, the quote details load on a dedicated “Quotation” page. They must first click an Accept button; only then does the standard Shopify Checkout appear.
• Once they pay, the quote automatically converts into a normal order in Shopify, carrying over all line-item details and pricing.

If it’s easier to leverage Shopify Functions, the Storefront API, or a lightweight private app instead of pure Liquid, I’m open to your recommendation as long as the above flow remains intact. The solution should blend naturally with my current Dawn-based theme, respect existing discount logic, and leave room for future tweaks such as staff-generated quotes and quantity edits.
