Shopify Product Listing Assistant

I have 1–50 new SKUs ready for upload—complete with polished descriptions and high-resolution images—and I need them live in my Shopify store without pulling leadership away from growth projects. Your task is to enter each product, assign it to the correct existing collection, and ensure every detail is accurate before hitting Publish.

You’ll be working during evening hours (U.S. time), which keeps the storefront up-to-date while customers are inactive. All copy, imagery, and pricing are prepared; what I need is your speed and accuracy inside the Shopify admin, plus your eye for things like variant options, SEO-friendly titles, alt text, and inventory settings so nothing slips through the cracks.

Deliverables
• All assigned products fully listed, categorized, and visible.
• Metafields, tags, and SEO fields populated for each SKU.
• A quick end-of-shift summary noting items published and any issues spotted.

If you already know your way around Shopify’s bulk editor, import/export CSVs, or apps like Matrixify, that will help you fly through the workload. Accuracy beats haste, but an efficient pace is still important so our exec team can stay focused on strategic initiatives.
