We are a U.S.-based plush toy company, and our current Shopify retail website has been using an outdated template for many years. We are now looking to redesign the website to significantly improve the overall UI/UX, customer journey, and the overall quality and functionality of the site.

Our goal is not simply to create a sleek, ultra-modern, or minimalist website. Because our products are plush toys—products that customers can only truly appreciate once they receive and touch them—we believe the website should help communicate the warmth, softness, personality, and emotional connection of our products. We are looking for a design that feels playful, inviting, and trustworthy, while still being polished and professional. The website should reflect our brand identity and create an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to explore our collections and connect with our products.
