Shopify Operations App Development

I need a seasoned Shopify app developer to build a private app that simplifies day-to-day store operations. My main objective is to streamline everything that happens after a customer clicks “buy”—from the moment an order is placed, through inventory adjustments, all the way to shipping and fulfillment updates.

Here’s what I am looking for:

• Order management: pull new orders in real time, surface status dashboards, and allow quick edits or bulk actions without leaving the app.
• Inventory tracking: auto-adjust stock levels across multiple SKUs and locations, flag low stock, and push updates back to Shopify.
• Shipping & fulfillment: integrate with my existing carriers, generate labels, and automatically write tracking numbers to the order timeline.

The app must be built with the official Shopify App Bridge and Admin API, follow Shopify’s UI/UX guidelines, and be ready for Shopify App Store review (even if we keep it private at first). Code should be clean, documented, and version-controlled in Git.

Acceptance criteria
1. Seamless install via OAuth and embedded experience inside my admin.
2. Real-time sync of orders, inventory, and shipment status with no data loss.
3. Admin settings page where I can map carriers, choose notification rules, and set inventory thresholds.
4. Complete hand-off: source code in a private repo, deployment instructions, and a short Loom walkthrough.

This is actually a SaaS app we're building for shopify store admins to use as an ERP. 90% of the app is built, we just want someone to verify if the app is Shopify ready.
