Shopify One-Product Store Setup

I am looking for a developer to build a professional Shopify website for a collectibles business.

This will be a very simple store with **ONE main product: a Mystery Authenticated Signed CD.**

The normal Shopify portion should be straightforward. The most important part of this project is a **custom prize redemption system**.

### HOW THE BUSINESS WORKS

Customers purchase a Mystery Authenticated Signed CD.

Some packages will contain a physical card with a unique redemption code for a valuable premium framed autograph prize.

There will initially be approximately 5 major redemption prizes.

### REDEMPTION SYSTEM

The website needs a **REDEEM YOUR PRIZE** page.

Customer enters their unique code.

If the code is valid:

* The website reveals the specific prize assigned to that code.
* It displays the actual photos, artist name, description and authentication information.
* Customer enters their name, email, phone number and shipping address.
* Customer submits their claim.
* I receive the customer's claim/shipping information.
* The code is permanently marked **REDEEMED** and cannot be used again.

If an invalid code is entered, it should say the code is invalid.

If an already redeemed code is entered, it should say the prize has already been claimed.

### IMPORTANT SECURITY REQUIREMENT

The unrevealed prizes must remain private.

Customers should NOT be able to change a URL, search the website, inspect a public page, or otherwise discover which prize is connected to a redemption code.

The prize data must only be revealed after the server verifies a valid code.

### ADMIN SIDE

I am not a programmer, so I need a very simple admin system where I can:

* Add new redemption codes
* Assign a prize to each code
* Upload actual prize photos
* Add artist/prize descriptions
* See ACTIVE vs. REDEEMED codes
* See who redeemed each prize
* See their shipping information

I need to be able to add future prizes/codes myself without hiring a developer every time.

### WEBSITE

I want a clean, premium, trustworthy collectibles website that works extremely well on mobile.

I will provide the logo, actual product photos, actual prize photos and other content.

**Do not replace my product photographs with AI-generated images.**

The store should accept normal card payments and PayPal. I would also like cryptocurrency payment capability if practical.

### OWNERSHIP

I must have full ownership and administrator access to the Shopify store, domain, apps, redemption system/database, payment accounts and all other services used.

Do not use developer-owned accounts for anything critical to operating the business.

Any paid apps or recurring monthly services must be approved by me first.

### WHEN APPLYING

Please do NOT send me a generic Shopify proposal.

Tell me specifically:

1. How you would build the redemption-code system.
2. How you would prevent unrevealed prizes from being publicly accessible.
3. How you would make each code single-use.
4. How I would add future codes/prizes myself.
5. What Shopify apps or outside services you would use.
6. What the ongoing monthly costs would be.
7. Your total price and estimated completion time.
