Shopify Expert — Multi-Store Tracking Audit + Full Site Redesign (Turkey & International)

About the project
We manage a heritage jewelry brand on Shopify with both a Turkish store and a separate international store, plus in-person POS sales. Before we move into a full site redesign, we need an expert to first make sense of the current setup — architecture, Markets configuration, POS integration, and tracking — and flag anything that needs fixing before we build on top of it.

Phase 1 — Audit & Diagnosis

Map the current Shopify architecture: confirm whether the Turkish store and the international store are two separate Shopify instances or connected through Shopify Markets, and clarify what each one is actually set up to do
Review the Markets configuration for Turkey vs. international (domains, currencies, languages, taxes) and identify any overlap, redundancy, or misconfiguration between the two stores
Audit the POS integration — how in-store sales are recorded and how (or whether) they reconcile with online order data
Review the tracking setup: GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API (server-side), deduplication between pixel and CAPI, attribution window consistency, and how POS revenue is or isn't reflected in ad platform reporting
Deliver a written report of findings, gaps, and a recommended path forward before redesign work begins

Phase 2 — Full Site Redesign

1. Foundation & Theme Setup
Shopify store setup and configuration; installation and licensing of the selected pre-built theme; full brand identity application (colors, typography, buttons, spacing, styling); global layout configuration; header and footer setup.

2. Storefront & Homepage
Homepage with hero/banner, featured collections, product showcases, brand story, video section, Instagram feed, trust elements, newsletter signup; desktop multi-column mega menu; responsive mobile drawer navigation; fully responsive storefront.

3. Catalogue & Product Setup
Setup/migration of up to 10 collections and 10 products; collection functionality (grids, cards, filtering, sorting, pagination, responsive behavior); site search across desktop and mobile; product page template with image galleries, zoom, variants/swatches, reviews, recommendations, and standard conversion elements; size guides and info accordions; stock/availability messaging.

4. Supporting Pages & Content
About, Contact, FAQ, Size Guide, Shipping & Returns, Privacy Policy/Terms of Service, Store Locator, blog setup with 2 starter posts, 404 page, Sale/Offers page.

5. Conversion & Customer Experience
Live chat/chatbot widget with greeting messages, business hours, and offline contact form; sticky add-to-cart; cart drawer; customer account pages; checkout branding within plan capabilities; Instagram feed/widget.

6. SEO, Analytics & Launch Readiness
Meta titles/descriptions, image alt text, structured data; Google Search Console and GA4 setup; sitemap and indexation checks; URL/redirect review; payment, shipping, tax, and currency configuration review; multi-currency support; mobile and cross-browser testing; test orders and final launch checks.

7. Post-Launch Support
One month of complimentary post-launch support from go-live, covering troubleshooting within the agreed scope (not new features or content changes).

What we're looking for

Proven Shopify expertise, ideally including Shopify Markets, POS, and multi-store/multi-market setups
Strong tracking and analytics background: GA4, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, server-side tracking, deduplication
Real theme customization/development experience, not just app installs
SEO fundamentals
Portfolio of similar ecommerce redesigns, ideally in fashion, jewelry, or DTC
