About the Project

We are looking to implement two distinct Shopify purchasing experiences:

1. Staff Store with Rules & Restrictions

Create a staff-only shopping experience with specific business rules, including:

- Staff-only access or login requirements
- Product visibility restrictions
- Purchase limits and filters
- Eligibility rules for designated staff groups
- Customized checkout process
- User-friendly management tools for administrators

2. Meals on Wheels (MOW) Online Ordering Store

Create a client-facing online ordering system for our Meals on Wheels program, including:

- Easy-to-use shopping cart
- Meal selection and scheduling options
- Delivery details collection
- Simple checkout experience
- Mobile-friendly design
- Order management and reporting

Requirements
1. Proven Shopify development and administration experience
2. Experience with Shopify apps, customizations, and automation
3. Strong understanding of user permissions, product visibility, and conditional purchasing rules
4. Experience creating customized checkout and ordering workflows
5. Strong communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and provide recommendations

Nice to Have
1. Experience with nonprofits, healthcare, senior services, or meal delivery programs
2. Shopify Flow experience
3. Knowledge of custom Shopify apps or integrations
4. Graphic design/UI experience
