Shopify Country Bot Traffic Block

My Shopify store is targeted at Australian customers, yet a surge of non-human visits keeps arriving from the USA, China and Singapore. The spikes distort my analytics and occasionally slow the site, so I need a clean, reliable way to block or redirect that traffic without affecting genuine Australian shoppers.
IMPORTANT: I need a permanent solution so that no one can visit from Singapore, the USA, or Canada like that.
Here is what I need from you:
• Identify the best blocking method for Shopify—whether that is a native Shopify theme/liquid snippet, a Cloudflare or similar firewall rule, custom JavaScript plus Shopify Functions, or another proven approach.
• Implement the block for the three countries listed above (USA, China, Singapore).
• Advise on IP-range handling; I don’t have a predefined list, so part of the job is recommending whether broad country-level geo-filtering or selective CIDR blocks will be more effective and then putting that recommendation in place.
• Verify the solution with real-world tests (VPN or equivalent) and provide a short hand-off document so I can toggle or adjust the rules later.
