Storm Wellness receives website traffic and add-to-carts, but very few customers complete checkout. We need a Shopify CRO specialist to identify the conversion barriers and implement the fixes.

### Primary objective

Improve conversion from:

**Product page → Add to cart → Checkout → Purchase**

### Work required

- Audit the mobile product page, cart and checkout.
- Analyse price, bundles, shipping charges and offer presentation.
- Fix trust, offer and checkout friction.
- Improve product-page copy, reviews, guarantees, COD and delivery visibility.
- Simplify CTAs and make the best-value bundle clear.
- Test prepaid and COD orders.
- Verify Meta Pixel/CAPI Purchase tracking.
- Implement WhatsApp/email abandoned-cart recovery.
- Implement all agreed changes—not audit only.

### Deliverables

- Written conversion diagnosis.
- Changes implemented on Shopify.
- Working prepaid and COD checkout.
- Correct Purchase event with INR value.
- Before/after funnel report.
- Seven days of bug support.

### Current issue

- Traffic and add-to-carts are coming.
- Very few initiate checkout.
- Completed purchases are extremely low.
- Average shipping cost is approximately ₹200.
- Website currently runs a 10% discount.
- Most traffic is from mobile devices.
