**Shopify Product Analysis, AutoDS Synchronisation & Excel Report**

## Project Description

I am looking for an experienced Shopify and AutoDS freelancer to review my existing Shopify product catalogue, identify products that have generated orders, and synchronise those products with my already installed and working AutoDS account.

The goal is to ensure that products with an order history are properly connected to AutoDS so that supported inventory, stock, pricing, and other relevant product management tasks can be automated going forward.

The project also includes identifying products that have never received a single order and providing a separate, downloadable Excel report containing those products. These non-performing products must **not** be imported or synchronised to AutoDS.

## Scope of Work

### 1. Identify Products That Have Generated Orders
- Review the existing Shopify product catalogue and available order history.
- Identify all products that have received at least one order during their lifetime.
- Use Shopify order records to verify order history rather than relying on assumptions or product popularity.
- Prepare a list of qualifying products before synchronisation.
- Check for duplicate products and accurately match each product to its corresponding Shopify listing.

### 2. Synchronise Eligible Products with AutoDS + Import Reviews as well
- Import or synchronise only products that have generated at least one order.
- Match the correct products and variants between Shopify and their corresponding suppliers or AutoDS product records.
- Configure supported inventory and stock monitoring.
- Configure supplier-cost and selling-price monitoring or updates where supported.
- Enable other relevant AutoDS automation features where available and appropriate.
- Verify that the products are correctly connected and that synchronisation is functioning.
- Identify any products that cannot be matched to a supported supplier or cannot be automated, and provide a separate list of these exceptions.
- Import reviews of the products as well

**Important:** Do not import or synchronise products that have never received an order.

### 3. Identify Products That Have Never Received an Order
- Review the full Shopify catalogue against the available lifetime order history.
- Identify products with zero lifetime orders.
- Ensure products with at least one order are not incorrectly included in this group.
- Do not delete, archive, or modify these products in Shopify.

### 4. Provide a Downloadable Excel Report
Create a separate, well-organised Excel (.xlsx) file containing all products that have never received a single order.

Include the following columns wherever the data is available:

- Product title
- Shopify product ID
- SKU
- Product handle or URL
- Product status
- Product type or category
- Current selling price
- Inventory quantity
- Total lifetime orders or units sold, confirming zero orders

The report must be clearly organised, with no duplicate rows, and delivered as a downloadable Excel file.

### 5. Final Verification and Handover
- Provide the total number of products reviewed.
- Report the number of products with at least one lifetime order.
- Report the number of products with zero lifetime orders.
- Confirm how many eligible products were successfully synchronised with AutoDS.
- List any products that could not be synchronised and explain why.
- Provide evidence of successful synchronisation and a brief summary of the settings configured.

**Project Timeline with Steps

** Product Analysis and Classification**

Review the Shopify catalogue and order history, classify products into those with at least one lifetime order and those with zero lifetime orders, and provide the initial results for review.

** AutoDS Synchronisation**

Synchronise eligible products, configure supported automation settings, and verify the results. Only products with at least one lifetime order may be synchronised.

**Excel Report and Final Handover**

Deliver the complete Excel report of zero-order products, the final product counts, the synchronisation results, and the list of exceptions. Payment will be released after I review and approve the deliverables.

Please propose your price and estimated timeline for each step before starting.

## Important Requirements
- AutoDS is already installed and working. Installing it again is not required.
- Do not synchronise products with zero lifetime orders.
- Do not delete or modify products simply because they have never received an order.
- Do not make bulk changes to product prices, inventory, or listings outside the agreed AutoDS configuration.
- Do not purchase subscriptions or incur additional costs without approval.
- Flag any supplier-matching issues or unsupported automation features rather than guessing.
- Keep the existing Shopify catalogue intact.
