Shopify 2.0 Theme Development Expert Needed

I am looking for Shopify expert.

The site is already fully designed for mobile and desktop, with final copy. We will provide an HTML/CSS/JS export and a live preview link. We need it built as a fast, lean Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme, connected to our apps, and maintained after launch. No design, copy or strategy work.

Scope summary (full brief attached):
- Pixel-accurate OS 2.0 theme from our design, editable sections, content in HTML
- About 10 pages plus a simple blog, a batch-lookup page and 1 to 2 landing templates
- Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Appstle subscriptions (monthly, 15% off, styled widget and customer portal)
- Klaviyo, Okendo, Gorgias, post-purchase survey, ShiptQuick 3PL sync
- Meta, Google, Reddit and TikTok tracking via official apps, GA4
- SEO basics, Merchant Center feed, robots.txt open to search and AI crawlers
- Must pass mobile Core Web Vitals and WCAG 2.1 AA

Target: live and QA'd by end of November.

Most Important: Ideal candidate is who worked on Osavi or Saltt. If you are worked at those companies, I will hire you immediately.
