hello, i am renting a small shop unit and i need a proper floor plan of it, how it is now. the contractor want a drawing before they give the price for the fit out.
is one floor only, 480 x 900 cm. shop in the front is 480 x 540 cm. behind there is store room 270 x 350 cm, small kitchen 200 x 190 cm and wc 200 x 150 cm.
nothing fancy. only must be clean and correct so the contractor can work with it.
What I need:
plan drawing in scale from my measures
PDF in A3 + DXF file
all dimensions on it
room names and area
