Shonen Manga Character & Page Creation

I’m launching an original shonen series and need a skilled manga artist to take it from concept to finished, ink-ready pages. The project starts with completely new characters—no existing references—so you’ll develop their look, personality cues, and signature poses from scratch. Once the cast feels right, you will move straight into visualising each chapter through storyboards, laying out dynamic panels that capture fast-paced action and clear emotional beats, then tightening everything with bold, consistent inking that fits the energetic shonen aesthetic.

Core Deliverables
• Full character sheets for every new hero, rival, and side character
• Rough and clean storyboards that map pacing and camera angles page by page
• Final page layouts fully inked, print-ready at 600 dpi (preferably Clip Studio Paint or equivalent)

Acceptance
Artwork must carry the hallmarks of modern shonen—strong silhouettes, expressive faces, and fluid motion. Pages should be clean, balanced, and easy to letter. If these checkpoints are met, we’ll roll into subsequent chapters together.
