Ship Prototype Hydrostatics Analysis

I already have the full offset table and lines plan for a small ship prototype. What I am missing is a clear set of hydrostatic particulars—specifically displacement, draft, waterplane area, and the location of the buoyancy center—worked out both by hand and confirmed with recognised naval-architecture software.
Here is what I expect:
• A concise step-by-step manual calculation that shows the method you use so I can follow or reproduce it later.
• A matching software run using any reliable naval-architecture package you prefer (Maxsurf, Rhino with Orca3D, GHS, or similar). The end file or print-out needs to show the same values so I can cross-check.
• A brief comparison note if the manual and software numbers diverge, explaining why and recommending which to trust.
All material should arrive organised and clearly labelled so I can drop it straight into my project folder. I would like to move quickly on this, so please let me know how soon you can turn the calculations and report around.
