I need a complete thermal-mechanical design for a shell-and-tube heat exchanger whose main duty is to cool a hydrogen-rich hydrocarbon gas. The sizing must meet target outlet temperatures and allowable pressure drops that I will supply as soon as we open the project room.

Once you receive the process data, I’d like you to carry the job from preliminary thermal rating through to ready-for-fabrication drawings, using recognised software such as HTRI or Aspen E-Shell, and preparing any 3D models in SolidWorks or similar so they dovetail with our plant layout files. Please cross-check material compatibility with hydrogen service and highlight any special considerations for fouling or vibration.

Deliverables
• Detailed thermal calculation report (with all assumptions clearly shown)
• Mechanical design sheets in accordance with ASME Section VIII (or relevant code we agree on)
• General arrangement drawing, tube sheet layout, and nozzle schedule in PDF + native CAD
• Bill of materials with recommended alloys and gasket specs
• Performance datasheet showing expected duty across typical operating ranges

I will review the calculation files first; once they are accepted, we can move on to drafting. Let me know your typical turnaround time for each step and any information you need upfront so we can hit the ground running.
