I have a series of sheet-metal and welded assemblies that must move from concept to shop-ready documentation. For each part or assembly I will need a fully-defined 3D model created in SolidWorks and a matching set of 2D fabrication drawings prepared in AutoCAD.

The end use is direct manufacturing, so every drawing has to be accurate enough for the press brake, laser, and welding stations to work from without extra questions. Bend allowances, K-factors, weld symbols, hole call-outs, and GD&T where required should all be applied to current industry standards.

Please work parametrically so revisions are painless and keep file organisation clean; I am integrating these files into an existing PDM vault.

Deliverables for every item
• SolidWorks native files (SLDPRT / SLDASM) plus neutral STEP
• Flat-pattern DXF/DWG files ready for nesting
• AutoCAD fabrication drawing in DWG with full dimensions, weld notes, and title block
• Short BOM listing material, gauge, and hardware

Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions and tolerances match the specification I provide
• Flat patterns unfold correctly in SolidWorks sheet-metal environment
• All drawings pass a quick shop-floor review on my side with no missing information

If you regularly move projects from SolidWorks into AutoCAD for production and understand the nuances of sheet-metal design, I would like to see a sample of a similar job you have delivered. Looking forward to collaborating and keeping this workflow smooth and efficient.
