Shear Wall Design & Calculations

I am adding a small residential wing to an existing home in Coconino County, Arizona, and the building department is asking for an engineered shear-wall schedule for two exterior walls, each 15.5 ft wide by 12 ft tall. Design winds are 115 mph and the site is in Seismic Zone C. Framing is 2 × 6 at 16 in O.C. on a new concrete foundation.

What I need from you is the full design work-up and accompanying calculations—no agency review or approval paperwork, just the engineering that demonstrates code compliance. The walls will be skinned with LP SmartSide over 7/16 in OSB sheathing, and I plan on using standard hold-down anchors.

I will supply:
• PDF and CAD versions of the current floor plan and elevations
• Photos of the existing structure and foundation interface

Deliverables (PDF + source file):
• Shear-wall schedule with nailing patterns, sheathing specs, anchor bolt spacing, and hold-down locations
• Lateral load calculations covering wind (115 mph) and seismic (Zone C) in accordance with current IRC/IBC and Coconino County amendments
• Brief design summary I can attach to the permit set
