Sharpen Eyes in Clipart

I have a simple piece of clipart where the eye detail looks soft and muddy. I’d like both eyes brought into crisp focus while keeping every other part of the illustration untouched. You’ll receive the original file as-is (format will be whatever I have on hand, so please be comfortable working with JPEG, PNG or SVG and returning it in the same format).

What I need from you:
• A version where only the eyes have been sharpened—no added artifacts, fringing or colour shifts.
• A second export as a transparent-background PNG so I can drop it straight into web layouts.

Feel free to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity or any tool you prefer as long as the final result looks clean at 100 % zoom and prints without jagged edges. I’ll approve once the edges around each iris and pupil look crisp while the surrounding artwork remains untouched.
