SharePoint Team Hub Development

I want a single SharePoint site that acts as the central hub for my whole team. The core idea is simple: everything anyone needs—resources, documents, brand assets, onboarding material, and upcoming-event details—should sit in one clean, well-structured place.

Scope of the build
• Home landing page that instantly signals “one-stop shop” and routes users to the right zone in one click.
• Onboarding zone with checklists, policies, key contacts, and a place new hires can acknowledge completion.
• Brand zone housing approved logos, colour guides, presentation templates, and any future brand updates.
• Upcoming events space showing calendars, key deadlines, and announcements; ideally fed from Outlook or a shared calendar so we update once and the site reflects it automatically.
• Quick-link panel for every employee’s personal folder (stored in their OneDrive or a dedicated document library). Inside those folders staff must be able to drag and drop Timesheets, Invoices, and Project files without extra permission prompts.

Key requirements
– Clean page layouts built with modern SharePoint (no classic pages).
– Intuitive navigation and search so even first-time users find content fast.
– Proper permissions: the shared areas stay read-only for most, while each personal folder remains private to its owner and their manager.
– Mobile-friendly design; most of our team checks info from phones.
– Straightforward hand-over notes so I can maintain zones, update web parts, or add new sections after go-live.

Deliverables
1. Fully configured SharePoint site template ready for launch.
2. Documentation covering site architecture, libraries, permissions, and how to add future pages or lists.
3. Brief walk-through (live or recorded) showing me where and how to manage the hub.
