I need a Power Automate flow that lives in SharePoint Online and walks our engineering designs and technical reports through a clear, traceable review cycle. The flow should fire as soon as a new file is dropped into (or updated inside) the dedicated document library, then:

• capture the submission metadata,
• assign the all the reviewers simultaneously engineer, project manager and other reviewers, and
• track every approval or rejection until the document reaches a final “Released” status.

Along the way the flow must:
– write status updates back to library columns so the team can filter by “Pending Engineer”, “Pending PM”, “Rejected”, or “Released”;
– store each approval decision and any comments in a separate “Review Log” list for audit purposes;
– notify the next reviewer by email (Outlook 365) with a direct link to the file;
– keep version history intact so no manual check-in/out is required.

Nothing fancy—just a rock-solid, easily maintained workflow that saves us from chasing signatures in email threads. Can provide the document flow architecture for this.
