I want to build a small but compelling showcase that proves I can design for scale across SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SPFx.

The core of the solution is a set of related SharePoint lists. I will rely on indexed columns and carefully-designed lookup relationships so queries stay fast, then lock them down with role-based access for Admins, Approvers, and standard Users.

Over that data layer I need three working components:
• A canvas Power App for records management that lets a user create and edit items and handles errors gracefully when delegation limits or permission issues arise.
• A Power Automate flow that routes each new or updated record through an approval workflow and pushes notifications to the right people.
• An SPFx web part that surfaces the same data in SharePoint, providing search, filtering, inline approvals, and at-a-glance status.

Everything must be enterprise-ready: delegation-friendly queries, pagination where appropriate, clean error handling, and a structure that will still perform when the lists hold many thousands of items.

My end deliverable will be the full source (lists, Power App, flows, SPFx package) plus a quick dashboard that highlights key metrics so stakeholders can see approvals pending, recent activity, and overall throughput.
