SharePoint Customer SOP Library Build

I’m ready to stand up a full-featured Customer SOP library in Microsoft SharePoint Online and need someone who can take it from blank site to production-ready. The finished space must let the team store and organise every SOP, co-author drafts in real time, then route each document through a formal approval flow that ends with an automatically generated PDF published for end-users.

Here is what I expect to see when we’re done:

• A clean document library with a well-planned metadata schema (content type or columns) and a handful of saved views that surface the right SOPs by status, owner, effective date, review frequency and any other tags we finalise together.
• A master SOP template in Word stored centrally so new documents inherit the right layout and metadata.
• Permissions trimmed so editors, approvers and readers each see only what they should.
• Power Automate workflows that 1) collect approvals, 2) convert the final version to PDF and 3) publish that PDF to the read-only location while archiving earlier revisions.
• A short hand-off guide or screen-share recording so my team can maintain everything going forward.
