SFRS Statements, Management Accounts

I need a Singapore-qualified accountant to wrap up our year-end obligations quickly and accurately. Timeliness is the main priority, as the filing deadlines are close, but everything you need is already in place: our books are fully updated in Zoho and ready for you to work with.

Scope of work
- Prepare full set of financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow statement and explanatory notes) in accordance with SFRS for Small Entities.
- Handle any ad-hoc questions the directors may have about the numbers or the filing process until everything is accepted.
- the company is a startup with a few minor entries only

Parameters
– One-time engagement only: no monthly bookkeeping, management accounts or GST work is required.
– All source data is digital in Zoho Books; please indicate any specific export formats you prefer.
– Deliverables are complete only when ACRA and IRAS have both issued their acknowledgements.
