Project Overview: We are looking for an automation and basic SEO expert to build a semi-automated content hub for www.bmseducation.com

The system will automatically find relevant South African and global STEM/education news, allow our team to review drafts on Friday afternoons, publish live to Blogger (blog.bmseducation.com) and LinkedIn on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and automatically cross-post our Wednesday ActiveCampaign client broadcast email.

Key Technical Stack:
Automation Engine: Pabbly Connect (we own a lifetime account—no Zapier/Make fees).
AI: OpenAI API (GPT-4o) for content rewriting/summarizing.
Blog Platform: Google Blogger mapped to custom subdomain blog.bmseducation.com.
Social: BMS Education LinkedIn Company Page.
CRM: ActiveCampaign.

Scope of Work:
1. Brand Alignment & Profile Setup (New)
LinkedIn Update: Update our LinkedIn Company Page "About" section with our newly finalized Core Messaging text (provided upon hire).
AI Persona Training: Inject our Core Messaging Framework (specifically our "Segment Hooks" and "Proof Pillars") into the OpenAI prompt within Pabbly. The AI must be instructed to write captions and blog intros that align with our brand voice (e.g., “removing operational friction from STEM learning”).
2. News Scraping & AI Processing (With SEO Focus)
Set up RSS/news feed scrapers for South African & global education, STEM curriculum, robotics, EVs, and primary/secondary science topics.
Use OpenAI API in Pabbly Connect to summarize/rewrite the news into engaging posts with source credits.
SEO Keyword Linking: Configure the AI prompt to naturally insert hyperlinked product keywords (e.g., "robotics equipment", "chemistry glassware") pointing directly to our target category pages on [www.bmseducation.com](https://www.bmseducation.com).
3. Friday Curation & Email Alert Workflow
Friday Drafts: System generates 2–3 draft posts every Friday morning and drops them into Blogger Drafts.
Email Alert: Pabbly sends an email notification alerting our team that Friday drafts are ready.
Curation: On Friday afternoon, we review drafts in Blogger, add custom notes, and insert product links. Ticking "Publish" or scheduling sets them to go live on Tuesday and Thursday with an automated cross-post to LinkedIn.
4. Wednesday ActiveCampaign Email Sync
Connect our weekly Wednesday ActiveCampaign broadcast email to Pabbly Connect via webhook or RSS trigger.
Whenever our Wednesday email goes out, Pabbly must automatically reformat and post it to both Blogger and LinkedIn.
5. ActiveCampaign Tracking & SEO Technical Setup
Tracking Verification: Verify ActiveCampaign Site Tracking code on [www.bmseducation.com](https://www.bmseducation.com) (and install snippet if missing).
Link Attribution: Ensure product links include proper ActiveCampaign site-tracking parameters so contact interest (e.g., "Robotics") is logged in our CRM.

Blog SEO Setup: Configure Blogger theme meta-tags, connect blog.bmseducation.com to Google Search Console, and submit the blog's XML sitemap for fast indexing.
Final Deliverables & Acceptance Criteria (100% Turnkey Handover)
This is an end-to-end, ready-to-run project. The project is considered complete only after live end-to-end testing verifies the following:
Fully Operational Blog: blog.bmseducation.com is live with SSL active, styled to match our main site. Freelancer will need to add two specific CNAME records into your Cloudflare account to make the blog go live
Fully Connected & Active Pabbly Scenarios: All accounts connected and authorized.
Live End-to-End Test Runs (Mandatory before milestone release):
Test 1 (Draft & Alert): A live test post is generated by AI using our brand voice, pushed to Blogger Drafts, and an email notification lands in our inbox.
Test 2 (Publishing): Scheduled/approved post publishes successfully to Blogger and LinkedIn.
Test 3 (Wednesday Sync): A mock ActiveCampaign broadcast triggers Pabbly to publish on Blogger and LinkedIn.
Test 4 (Tracking): Clicking a product link in a test post successfully registers the visit in ActiveCampaign Site Tracking.
Search Console: Subdomain verified in Google Search Console with sitemap.xml submitted.
"As part of the Pabbly setup, please create an automated monthly export that pushes YouTube views, LinkedIn impressions, and ActiveCampaign new leads (sorted by UTM source) into a centralized Google Sheet."
Handover: A short (3–5 minute) Loom screen recording showing where the workflows live in Pabbly.
