Setup WHM Stack on AlmaLinux 10

My brand-new AlmaLinux 10 server is still empty and I already have full root access, so I’m looking for an experienced systems engineer who can turn it into a production-ready hosting platform in one sitting.

Here is what I need done:

• Install and license cPanel/WHM, then apply the recommended security hardening.
• Replace Apache with LiteSpeed (Enterprise) and ensure the global and per-account settings are tuned for performance.
• Enable CloudLinux with CageFS, LVE limits and PHP Selector so future user accounts are fully isolated.
• Add Softaculous and verify that one-click installs work out of the box.
• Create at least one WHM reseller package that I can clone for future resellers.
• Verify that all services (DNS, Exim, Dovecot, FTP, AutoSSL, CSF) start cleanly after a reboot.

I will hand over the fresh root credentials; there are no existing sites to worry about, so you can work freely. When you’re finished, I should be able to log in to WHM, create a cPanel account, and see LiteSpeed, CloudLinux and Softaculous fully operational without errors.

Please outline how long the setup will take you and confirm you have recent experience with AlmaLinux and this exact software stack.
