Set of Architectural Plans for One-Story Coastal Style House on Pilings

I'm seeking an experienced architect or designer to create AUTOCAD plans for a 2000 square foot, one-story coastal-style home on 9' pilings with metal roof. The exterior should be primarily composite materials. The interior layout is a mix of open concept and defined rooms.

- Roof plan: metal, single pitch with dormers

- MEP Plans

- Proven experience in NORTH CAROLINA building codes and coastal style with pilings
- Expertise in composite materials construction and metal roofing
- Strong portfolio in versatile interior layouts; goal to keep intimate living spaces with open common areas
